How do I find the right life coach for me?- The most important thing to keep in mind when looking for the right life coach for you is:

*Do you have the same morals, beliefs, and values?

*Is the coach a good listener?

*Is the coach a good fit for you?

Remember you are embarking on a relationship together and so you want to make sure that you both can relate to each other, you are both on the same page and you both respect and honor where each other are coming from.

What to expect during the coaching relationship

*You co-direct the coaching process at all times (Your agenda always takes priority)

*You are responsible for the time and commitment in the relationship (The time and commitment you put into the coaching relationship will determine your success and the results you are looking to achieve)

*We create a compelling vision together based on where you are and where you want to be and create a plan to get you there (It is crucial for you to understand that in order for you to be successful, you have to co-create the compelling vision with the coach based on what is important to you, what motivates you, what gets you fired up and ready to do the work)

*We identify your obstacles and challenges and strategize to overcome them. (We all have patterns, conditions, stinking thinking, and the little gremlin that lives in our brain telling us what we can and cannot do-when we identify these obstacles and challenges by arming you with specific tools, tips, and strategies, you will be gaining ground in no time, and creating a NEW WAY to deal with these situations that would normally trip you up. This is where the gold lies, and excavating it with a gold mining coach can be super rewarding
